Reclaimed wood chic
The Steg-Stadl was built entirely from wood and focusses on minimalist space. Four people can rent our chalet in Austria near the ski resort. You’ll love the gentle crackling of the wood-burning stove and the alpine hut style with an emphasis on reclaimed wood. There is an entrance hall, a bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchen with living and dining area has a marvellous view of the terraces and the garden on the ground floor. The upper floor consists of a bedroom with a double bed and garden view as well as an extra room with two beds that is ideal for children. Among the highlights is undoubtedly the glass front with automatic shutters. It allows plenty of light into the rooms and provides shade when needed. You’ll also love the beautiful orchard in front of the chalet and the terrace with seating arrangement and BBQ.

Beyond your cosy chalet, a fantastic holiday region awaits you right on your doorstep. In winter, the Snow Space Flachau, Wagrain and St. Johann ski region is quick and easy to reach. 210 kilometres of slopes, 70 modern lifts, a diverse range of pistes and the finest hut cuisine await. Hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers all feel right at home in summer. Numerous paths and trails can be found in the immediate vicinity of our Stadl. A variety of top-class excursion destinations, including the Liechtensteinklamm gorge, the Geistersee lake, the St. Johann swimming lake, the Jägersee lake and the Tappenkarsee lake, leave nothing to be desired.

Equipment
During your stay, the entire house and the adjoining garden are at your sole disposal. Bed linen and some towels are provided by us. Each house is equipped with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, kettle and fridge. There are plenty of cooking utensils and crockery for all guests. From the wonderful terrace you can enjoy the marvellous view of the surrounding region and the mountains. Each house has its own barbecue in the garden for cosy evenings outdoors. There is also plenty of seating in the garden.
If required, we can provide you with a cot and a high chair.

The prices incl. VAT are per night for the respective house. The price depends on the number of persons and the duration and season of the stay.

Things to know
Overnight stay tax: € 2.00 per person/night
Arrival on the day of arrival: You can move into your house from approx. 2.00 pm.
Departure day: The houses should be vacated by 10.00 am. You can still enjoy your breakfast in peace and quiet before returning home.
Payment for accommodation: Payment can only be made in cash on site. You are welcome to make a bank transfer before the start of your holiday.
Important booking information:
To confirm your booking, please transfer 20% of the total amount as a deposit. After your booking you will receive the corresponding IBAN code.
You will receive all further information directly on arrival.
IF THE PLANS CHANGE
Cancellation
Sometimes things turn out differently than you think and the booked holiday has to be cancelled at short notice or broken off prematurely.
In this case, we do not apply the right of cancellation according to § 18 para. 1 no. 10 FAGG, we use the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry.
For cancellations, the provisions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB) apply.
- You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before arrival.
- From 3 months to 1 month before arrival we charge 40% of the travel price.
- From 1 month to 1 week before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price.
- In the event of cancellation within the last week before arrival, we will charge you 90% of the price,
- In the event of early departure, 100% will be charged.
